Gianna's advice to those in unhealthy relationships is powerful: "Remember, you are not alone. Resources are available when you're ready to seek help." Her own experience taught her the importance of prevention and the value of support systems.
"My turning point came when I realized my partner had no respect for me. It was then that I reconnected with my love of service and found my purpose," she shares.
